Add personalization information in the personalization information box. Please check for spelling accuracy. Once and order is processed, we cannot provide any adjustments and cancellations.

Proofs: To keep shipping times fast, we do not send proofs of your personalized design. However, if we have any questions about your personalization, we'll reach out and confirm first.
If you want to see a proof before we print your blanket, please request it. Keep in mind it may delay the production process if we are waiting on your approval.

Production times may vary depending on the product. Items typically ship within 2-6 business days. Please check the listing for production time prior to purchase.
Please note that although we are shipping orders on or before the expected shipping date, no delivery service dates are guaranteed. For your convenience, we provide tracking when your order ships to the email you provide.
Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box since some items are custom-made and may require extra care.
We do not accept cancellations or returns on personalized items.

Free shipping may be applied on orders over $75. This code cannot be combined with any other promotional discount codes. Unfortunately, free shipping is not available for international customers at this time.
REFUSED DELIVERY

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

We are happy to ship packages internationally including Canada, Mexico and overseas. Import duties, taxes, and charges ARE included in the shipping charge for UPS selected.
